Questions before you reach out?

Here are a few we hear most. Anything else, just ask in the form.

What areas do you manage?
We have established relationships in two markets. In Western North Carolina, our core towns are Maggie Valley, Waynesville, and Lake Junaluska. In the South Carolina Lowcountry, we work on Johns Island, James Island, Folly Beach, Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island, and Edisto. We’re open to other areas too, as long as we can find local support that meets our standards.
What kinds of homes do you take on?
Single-family vacation homes with their own amenities are where we have the most experience, but we’re open to other homes. We do our best work with mid-tier to luxury stays, where guests expect more and the home earns accordingly. And we take pride in helping families and owners care for their homes for the long run.
How many homes do you manage?
Just one today: our own, The Glenway Chalet. We’re meeting with owners now and choosing the next home we’ll take on, so yours would get our full attention.
What does your management fee include?
Every plan is tailored to the home and its owner. You can expect guest messaging and the full guest experience, turnover management and oversight, restocking, and maintenance coordination. Think of us as your home’s concierge. We can also help with smart home and technology upgrades, and with digital and marketing needs as they come up.
Can I still stay in my home?
Yes. Every owner has a dashboard where they can block off their own dates.
What happens after I reach out?
We’ll review what you’ve shared. If it’s a good fit for our expertise and values, we’ll set up a call or an in-person meeting to learn about you, your home, and your goals, and to make sure we’d be great partners. From there, we’ll map out what your home needs and put together pricing.
